بناء على الدستور
بناء على القانون الصادر بتاريخ ١٩٤٦/١/٣١ المتعلق بالجنسية اللبنانية،
بناء على كتاب السيد «داني بيار طانيوس» المسجل لدى المديرية العامة للأحوال الشخصية بالرقم ٢٠٣٠/٥٣١ تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٣/٢٨ والوارد بواسطة سفارة لبنان لدى مملكة هولندا بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/٦ تحت رقم ٣/٦١ والمتضمن طلب التنازل عن جنسيته اللبنانية للحصول على الجنسية الهولندية.
بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،
يرسم ما يأتي:
المادة 2
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
