المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه نبع اسكندر وباقي الينابيع- الواقعة بينه وبين مآخذ اقنية الري من مياه نبع مار شليطا قضاء الكورة (محافظة- لبنان الشمالي).

المادة 2

مادة 2: تجري المعاملات الملحوظة في المادة السابقة لاحكام المادتين 23 و 24 من القرار رقم 320 المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
