المادة 1

مادة 1: يخفض الرسم المفروض لحساب صندوق وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني على السكر المستورد كما يلي: - السكر الابيض من ستة وعشرين قرشا الى ستة عشر قرشا عن كل كيلو حتى اول ايار سنة 1963 - السكر الاحمر من سبعة قروش الى ثلاثة قروش ونصف القرش عن كل كيلو حتى اول سنة 1963
