المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في قرية كبا (قضاء البترون) بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية كبا".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجري تحديد منطقة هذه البلدية الجديدة وفقا لاحكام المادة السادسة من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 5 المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
