مادة 1: تنشأ قنصلية فخرية للبنان في مدينة سلفادور - البرازيل - تشمل صلاحياتها جميع اراضي ولاية باهيا.

مادة 2: يعين السيد الفريدو سعد قنصلا فخريا للبنان في سلفادور - البرازيل.
