المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض الى وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل امر عقد صفقات اللوازم والاشغال والخدمات والاستملاكات العائدة لتوسيع مطار بيروت الدولي وذلك ضمن الشروط المحددة في المرسوم رقم 9184 تاريخ 18 كانون ثاني سنة 1968 وتعديلاته.
