المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى الجدول رقم (1) الملحق بالمرسوم رقم 8338 تاريخ 30/12/1961 وجميع تعديلاته المتعلقة بتحديد ملاك التفتيش المركزي, ويستعاض عنه بالجدول رقم (1) الملحق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد عدد المفتشين والمفتشين المعاونين التربويين, كل سنة, في الموازنة العامة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
