مادة 1: يعدل نص المادة الثالثة من المرسوم رقم 16293 تاريخ 11/5/1964على النحو التالي: تتألف اللجنة الدائمة من: آ - اربعة عشر عضوا يمثلون الاتحادات النقابية العمالية والنقابات العمالية ب - مندوب عن وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية.
