مادة 1: تفتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على مياه ينابيع الدلبه والنعنع في منطقة ايعال العقارية ونبع الزيره في منطقة مزيارة العقارية - قضاء زغرتا - محافظة الشمال.
