مادة 1: يمدد اعتبارا من 1/1/1974 ولغاية 31/12/1974 العمل بالملاكات الموقتة المحدثة في وزارة الاشغال العامة والممدد العمل بها بموجب المرسوم رقم 4732 تاريخ 11/1/1973.
