مادة 2: عدل نص الفقرة الثالثة من المادة 2 من المرسوم رقم 2836 تاريخ 14 كانون الاول 1959 على الوجه التالي: "تحدد نسبة القسم الثاني بخمسة وعشرين بالمئة من الارباح على الا تزيد عن المليون ليرة".
