وبناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 127 تاريخ 12/6/1959 لا سيما

وبناء على اقتراح وزير البريد والبرق والهاتف

يرسم ما يأتي:

ينشأ مركز دائم للهاتف في دوما (قضاء البترون) ويربط به مشتركو تنورين وكفرحلدا.
