مادة 1: يلغى المرسوم رقم 10618 تاريخ 16 اب سنة 1968 القاضي باحداث اجور عن الخدمات التي تؤديها الادارة الجمركية للسيارات السورية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة, ويعلق فور صدوره على باب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء, ويعمل به لضرورة الاسراع اعتبارا من 12 تشرين الاول 1968 الساعة الثامنة صباحا.
