المادة 1

مادة 1: ينشأ في سير الضنية (قضاء طرابلس - محافظة لبنان الشمالي) سجن يوضع فيه الموقوفون والمتهمون والمحكومون بالحبس او الاعتقال لغاية ستة اشهر, او الذين بقي من مدة عقوبتهم ما لا يزيد على هذه المدة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
