المادة 1

مادة 1: تستوفى عائدات سنوية قدرها ثلاث ليرات سورية لبنانية عن كل متر مكعب من الماء من مشتري مياه المنبوخ لاجل تسديد نفقات ترميم قناة الجر وشبكة التوزيع

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا المرسوم قسطا واحد يستحق في اول حزيران من كل سنة وتحقق وتجبى بطريقة الضرائب المباشرة
