ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) لا سيما المادة

115 منه,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5419 تاريخ 20/9/1982

(انشاء اتحاد البلديات الشقيف),

بناء على قرار بلدية دير الزهراني رقم 46

تاريخ 18/12/2002,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية دير الزهراني إلى اتحاد بلديات الشقيف ـ قضاء النبطية ـ محافظة النبطية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
