وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة التاسعة منه (نظام

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: أنهيت حكما مهام الكاتب العدل في صور السيد علي فارس فارس, اعتبارا من تاريخ 5/4/2005 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
