ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2395 تاريخ 17/11/1979

(انشاء اتحاد بلديات المتن الشمالي - الساحلي

والاوسط),

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلديات قنابة برمانا, الغابة والعيون الى اتحاد بلديات المتن الشمالي- الساحلي والاوسط- قضاء المتن- محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
