بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 69 تاريخ

09/09/1983 وتعديلاته (قانون التنظيم المدني),

بناء على قرار بلدية عيتنيت رقم 32 تاريخ

وبعد الاطلاع على قرار المجلس الاعلى للتنظيم

المدني في جلسته بتاريخ 17/07/2004 -محضر رقم

بناء على اقتراح وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل,

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: وضعت تحت الدرس لمدة سنة منطقة عيتنيت العقارية (قضاء البقاع الغربي).

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
