بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13577 تاريخ 20/10/2004

القاضي بنقل اعتماد في موازنة الاتصالات

للعام 2004 لتغطية نفقات اتعاب الهيئة التحكيمية

في دعوى Libancell/الدولة اللبنانية,

وبناء على اقتراح وزيري الاتصالات والمالية,

يرسم ما يأتي:
