ان رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على القانون رقم 337 تاريخ 08/06/1994 وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة التاسعة منه (نظام الكتاب العدل)،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: انهيت حكما مهام الكاتب العدل في شتورا، السيد جورج طانوس سعاده اعتبارا من تاريخ 15/09/2005 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
