بناء على الدستور

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 (نظام الموظفين) وتعديلاته

بناء على قانون تنظيم القضاء الشرعي السني والجعفري الصادر بتاريخ 16/7/1962 وتعديلاته

وبعد موافقة مجلس القضاء الشرعي الاعلى بقراره رقم 139 تاريخ 23/6/2005

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: انتدب فضيلة الشيخ محمد عساف قاضي محكمة بيروت الشرعية السنية (رقمه المالي159/4) لوظيفة مستشار لدى المحكمة الشرعية السنية العليا، وذلك إضافة إلى وظيفته الأصلية (مركز شاغر).

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
