بناء على الدستور لا سيما الفقرة الثانية من المادة 56 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزراء الثقافة، والداخلية والبلديات، الأشغال العامة والنقل والمالية،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 101 تاريخ 28/7/2007، المتضمن الموافقة على مشروع المرسوم الرامي إلى إحالة مشروع قانون إلى مجلس النواب يتعلق بحماية الأبنية التراثية،

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحال إلى مجلس النواب مشروع القانون المرفق والمتعلق بحماية الأبنية التراثية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن رئيس مجلس الوزراء مكلف تنفيذ أحكام هذا المرسوم.
