بناء على الدستور لا سيما الفقرة الثانية من المادة 56 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزراء الداخلية والبلديات والخارجية والمغتربين والعدل والمالية،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 189 تاريخ 21/5/2007، المتضمن الموافقة على مشروع الرامي إلى إحالة مشروع قانون إلى مجلس النواب يرمي إلى إنشاء البطاقة الاغترابية،

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحال إلى مجلس النواب مشروع القانون المرفق الرامي إلى إنشاء البطاقة الاغترابية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن رئيس مجلس الوزراء مكلف تنفيذ أحكام هذا المرسوم.
