إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات) لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1097 تاريخ 23/3/1978 (إنشاء اتحاد بلديات صيدا ـ الزهراني)،

بناء على قرار بلدية طنبوريت رقم 8/2004 تاريخ 11/7/2004،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات صيدا ـ الزهراني رقم 41 تاريخ 27/9/2007،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية طنبوريت إلى اتحاد بلديات صيدا ـ الزهراني (قضاء صيدا) محافظة لبنان الجنوبي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
