إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور لا سيما المادة 53،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء،

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يعهد إلى وزير الدولة السيد وائل أبو فاعور بمهام شؤون مجلس النواب.

المادة 2
