إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات) لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 16843 تاريخ 28/4/2006،

بناء على قرار بلدية مليخ رقم 40 تاريخ 30/9/2007،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية مليخ إلى اتحاد بلديات جبل الريحان ـ قضاء جزين (محافظة لبنان الجنوبي).

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
