ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون رقم 337 تاريخ 8/6/1994 وتعديلاته, لا سيما المادة التاسعة منه (نظام الكتاب العدل),

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: انهيت حكما مهام الكاتب العدل في سن الفيل السيد نبيل توفيق غصن اعتبارا من تاريخ 25/10/2009 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
