ان رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة 52 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العمل،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 2/6/2009،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: قبلت الهبة غير المشروطة المقدمة من شركة "آي بي أس ملتيميديا ش.م.ل." لصالح وزارة العمل وهي عبارة عن انشاء Website خاص للوزارة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
