إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9970 تاريخ 15/4/2003، (إنشاء اتحاد بلديات الكورة)،

بناء على قرار بلدية كفريا رقم 95 تاريخ 28/5/2011،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات الكورة رقم 42 تاريخ 26/8/2011،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية كفريا، الى اتحاد بلديات الكورة - قضاء الكورة - محافظة لبنان الشمالي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
