إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10171 تاريخ 23/5/2003 (انشاء اتحاد بلديات قضاء بشري)،

بناء على قرار بلدية بان رقم 12 تاريخ 26/5/2012،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات قضاء بشري رقم 37 تاريخ 7/7/2012،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية بان الى اتحاد بلديات قضاء بشري - قضاء بشري - محافظة لبنان الشمالي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
