إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 15997 تاريخ 23/12/2005 (إنشاء اتحاد بلديات جرد القيطع)،

بناء على قرار بلدية بيت يونس رقم 2 تاريخ 30/6/2010،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات جرد القيطع رقم 75 تاريخ 2/6/2012،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية بيت يونس الى اتحاد بلديات جرد القيطع - قضاء عكار - محافظة لبنان الشمالي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
