إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 150 تاريخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (قانون القضاء العدلي)، لا سيما المادة 31 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 2/4/2014

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: نقل السيد سمير حمود، القاضي في الدرجة السادسة عشرة، المحامي العام لدى النيابة العامة التمييزية، وعين نائباً عاماً لدى محكمة التمييز (مركز شاغر).

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
