مادة 1: تضاف الى المادة 117 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 20 تاريخ 15/1/1955 العبارة التالية: "وتحدد هذه النفقات لكل رتبة بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء."
