المادة 105

ان السهم يخول صاحبه بعض الحقوق الملازمة له وهي: الحق في انصبة الارباح وحق الافضلية في الاكتتاب عند زيادة رأس المال والحق في استرداد قيمة السهم الاسمية وحق اقتسام موجودات الشركة وحق التصويت في الجمعية العمومية وحق التفرغ عن سهمه.
