المادة 109
يمكن حل الهيئات المذكورة في الحالات التي اشارت اليها المادة السابقة:
1- اذا لم تتقيد بموجبات التأسيس القانونية,
2- اذا كانت الغاية من تأسيسها مخالفة للشرائع او كانت تستهدف في الواقع مثل- هذه الغاية,
3- اذا خالفت الاحكام القانونية المنصوص عليها تحت طائل الحل,
4- اذا كانت قد وقفت بموجب قرار مبرم لم تمر عليه خمس سنوات .
Art. 109: Pourquoi les memes entites, dans le cas de l'article precedent etre dissoutes:
1- Si elle ne se sont pas conformees aux formalites legales de contitution;
2- Si elles ont ete constituees dans un but contraire aux lois ou poursuivent en fait un tel but;
3- Si elles ont contrevenu aux prescriptions legales prevues a peine de dissolution;
4- Si elles avaient encouru la suspension par une decision irrevocable expiree depuis moins de cinq ans.
