مدة مرور الزمن على عقوبات المخالفات سنتان تبدآن على نحو ما ذكر في المادة السابقة.
Art. 165: Les peines contraventionnelles se prescrivent par deux annees qui commencent a courir ainsi qu'il est dit a l'article precedent.
