لا تطبق الشريعة اللبنانية في الارض اللبنانية على الجرائم التي يقترفها موظفو السلك الخارجي والقناصل الاجانب ما تمتعوا بالحصانة التي يخولهم اياها القانون الدولي العام.
Art. 22: La loi libanaise ne s'applique pas, sur le territoire libanais, aux infractions commises par les agents diplomatique et les consuls etragers dans la mesure ou ils jouissent des immunites reconnues par le droit international public.
