المادة 280

ينزل منزلة اللبنانيين بالمعنى المقصود في المواد ال 274 الى 278 الاجانب الذين لهم في لبنان محل اقامة او سكن فعلي.

Art. 280: Sont assimiles aux Libanais au sens des articles 274 a 278 les etrangers domiciles au liban ou y residant en fait.
