المادة 289
كل اعتداء يقع في الارض اللبنانية او يقدم عليه احد الرعايا اللبنانيين قصد ان يغير بالعنف دستور دولة اجنبية او حكومتها او يقطتع جزءا من ارضها يعاقب عليه بالاعتقال الموقت .
ان المؤامرة التي ترمي الى احدى الجنايات السالفة الذكر توجب الحبس سنة على الاقل.
Art. 289: Tout attendat commis en territoire libamais, ou par un ressortissant libanais, tendant a chager par la violence la constitution d'un Etat etranger ou son gouvernement, ou a detacher de cet Etat une portion de son territoite, sera puni de la detention a temps.
Le complot ayant pour but l'un des crimes ci-dessus mentionnes emportera l'emprisonnement pour un an au moins.
