كل موظف اوقف او حبس شخصا في غير الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون يعاقب بالاشغال الشاقة الموقتة.
Art. 367: Tout fonctionnaire qui, hors les cas prevus par la loi, aura arrete ou detenu une personne quelconque, sera puni des travaux forces a temps.
