المادة 406

من انتحل اسم غيره في تحقيق قضائي او محاكمة قضائية عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى ثلاث سنوات .

Art. 406: Quiconque aura usurpe le nom d'autrui dans une information ou une instance juridiciaire sera puni de trois mois a trois ans d'emprisonnement.
