المادة 435

اذا افضت المبارزة الى الموت اوالى تعطيل دائم كانت العقوبة في الحالة الاولى الاعتقال من ثلاث الى سبع سنوات وفي الحالة الثانية الحبس من سنة الى ثلاث سنوات .

Art, 435: Si le duel a eu pour resultat la mort ou une lesion permanente, la peine sera, dans le premier cas de trois ans a sept ans de detention et, dans le second cas, d'un an a trois ans d'emprisonnement.
