المادة 52

تراوح مدة الاقامة الجبرية في الجنح بين ثلاثة اشهر وثلاث سنوات , وتنفذ في الشروط نفسها التي تنفذ فيها الاقامة الجبرية في الجنايات , فاذا غادر المحكوم عليه لاي مدة كانت المكان المعين له ابدل الحبس البسيط من الاقامة الجبرية لمدة لا تتجاوز الزمن الباقي من العقوبة.

Art. 52: La residence forcee en matiere delictuelle a une duree de trois mois a trois ans. Elle sera executee dans les memes conditions que la residence forcee em matiere criminelle. Si le condamne quitte, pour quelque temps que ce soit, la residence qui lui est assignee, l'emprisonnement sim- ple sera substitue a la residence forcee pour une duree qui n'excedera pas celle qui restait a courir
