المادة 552

يعاقب بالاعتقال عشر سنوات على الاكثر من قتل انسانا قصدا بعامل الاشفاق بناء على الحاحه بالطلب .

Art. 552: Sera puni de la detention pour dix ans au plus celui qui dans un sentiment de compassion, aura intentionnellement donne la mort a une personne sur sa demande instante.
