المادة 573

من هدد آخر بالسلاح عوقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز الستة اشهر, وتراوح العقوبة بين شهرين وسنة اذا كان السلاح ناريا واستعمله الفاعل.

Art. 573: Celui qui aura menace autrui au moyen d'une arme sera puni d'un emprisonnement qui ne depassera pas six mois.

La peine sera de deux mois a un an si, s'agissant d'une arme a fou, il en a ete fait usage.
