المادة 664

ان جرم اعتياد المراباة يستنتج من قرض واحد بالربى اذا ارتكب في اقل من خمس سنوات بعد الحكم باحدى الجنح المنصوص عليها في المواد السابقة.

Art. 664: Le delit d'habitude d'usure resultera d'un seul pret usuraire s'il a ete commis moins de cinq annees apres une condamnation pour l'un ou l'autre des delits prevus aux articles precedents
