المادة 697
ان زوج المفلس وفروعه واصوله واصهاره من الدرجات نفسها الذين يختلسون او يسرقون او يخفون سندات تخص الطابق دون ان يكونوا على اتفاق مع المفلس او يتدخلوا تدخلا فرعيا معه يعاقبون بعقوبة السرقة المنصوص عليها في المادة ال 648.
Art. 697: Le conjoint, les descendants et les asendants du failli, et ses allies aux memes degres qui auront detourne, deverti ou recele des effets appartenant a la faillite, sans avoir agi de concert ou de complicite avec le failli, seront punis des peines du vol edictees a l'article 648.
