المادة 73

التدابير الاحترازية العينية هي:

1- المصادرة العينية,

2- الكفالة الاحتياطية,

3- اقفال المحل,

4- وقف هيئة معنوية عن العمل او حلها.

Art. 73: Les mesures de surete reelles sont:

1- La confiscation reelle

2- Le cautionnement preventif

3- La fermeture d'etablissement

4- La suspension ou la dissolution d'une entite juridique.
