يعاقب بالغرامة المنصوص عليها اعلاه من اساء علنا وبدون داع معاملة حيوان غير داجن.
Art. 763: Sera puni de l'amende ci-dessus edictee celui qui, sans necessite aura maltraite en public un animal non domestique.
